Fill out this registration form to create an account on the Support Hub website. Once your account is active you will be able to request a monthly Support Kit during months they are offered and while supplies last.

Having an account on the website does not guarantee that you will receive a Support Kit as they are distributed on a first come first served basis.

Only students enrolled in at least one class at MacEwan University will be elligible to create a Support Hub website account and request Support Kits.
